Workshop Presenter- Kresge Databases for Your Off-Campus Search- September 2011
– Planned and presented a database workshop to 20 business school students on using Kresge databases for various parts of the job search process, including finding postings, company and industry research

– I created a SimplyMap tutorial on how to do a very popular and basic report on the new interface.

Database Workshop Presenter- Spring Break 2011
– Planned and presented a database workshop to 45 non-Librarians in the Bronx.
– Created screenshots, worksheets, and slides for participants.
– Observed and interviewed four reference desks at four different libraries to get a sense of questions that NYPL users in the Bronx ask.
